Back on Track (after a minor wobble)

Well I've had a few health problems this week (nothing too serious, but nothing I'd want to post on the internet either) which have prevented me from running for a couple of days, so because I'm feeling better today, instead of my cross training, I decided to go for one of the runs that I missed earlier in the week. So I did just under 4 miles and took it easy, and really enjoyed it after an initial tricky start.

I do absolutely have to update my running playlist though, I've got songs that I love on there that I'm starting to get sick of! Any suggestions would be welcomed!

I'm off to see True Grit now! :)
